Max`s Restaurant in Doha

Great lunch... 18 Oct 2018Tried their unlimited Max's Fried Chicken 😋Still the best homestyle fried chicken I continue to enjoy from childhood.This suppose to be a chicken lunch, but we added the Sinigang Bangus Belly. What a warm comforting soup dish for a rainy day.Congratulations to Max's the Resto is filled with happy tummy.😉Still the best place for family get together and venue for receptions.We brought along friends from Poland they loved the Kare - Kare (Beef Stew in Peanut Sauce), Chicken and Tofu Sizzling Plate, Sisig (grilled and fried meat in gravy)and Pinaputok na Bangus (grilled milk fish belly with onion garlic tomatoe and chili stuffing wrapped and grilled in banana leaf.)And of course there is the Max' fried chicken.

Good food and service

The food is lovely. They have a spacious setting upstairs. They can even hold meetings and other gatherings as well as catering.

Hope that they should consider the traffic of the people inside the restaurant and give some rearrangement of the dining table and chairs.

Filipino fried chicken... Masarap!Gets busy on the weekends, and parking is difficult, but once you're inside, you feel like you're back in the Philippines. Maximo's restaurants are popular there, and have a cool history from their beginnings in 1945 after WWII. They have a unique signature sauce, and the way they fry the chicken is definitely unique (whole). Besides fried chicken, they have many other Filipino food staples... Tonight I tried a new dish -- Boneless Grilled BBQ Chicken (kabab style) and it was excellent. Unfortunately I ate so much that I didn't have room for Halo-Halo. Next time nalang!

Im happy that Maxs AlSadd is one of my option everytime we have friends gathering because of the Filipino dishes and I love the very enthusiastic and outstanding service of their staff... I highly recommend that Restaurant to my friends.

There are 2 locations in Doha and we have been to both. This location definitely has more convenient parking. The food quality and service are the same. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for Filipino food and dessert.

Online order via Chatfood states 40-50min delivery time, I placed the order at 12pm, and at 2pm, they just called that the delivery is on the way. I have been calling the number 4444-6297 but is always on busy tone. we're dying with hunger and will just give you the reason that they are busy. Don't cater delivery if you cannot fulfill with the delivery time.

Serving really takes time but I love their promos

Did not follow the standard rule of first come first served... The waitress get the order of the group of people who came after us... Consequently they are halfway done before our food was served... I have to follow up three times as the 20 minute serving time became 50 more minutes.. very frustrating.. my 5 year old son was very hungry and have been requesting for them to serve the fried chicken so he can eat...

Nice staff. Polite and respectful. But the place is damn noisy that u can't enjoy your meal or have a decent conversation with your friends. He staff need to be mindful when they clear the plates as that is noisy from all the clinging and clanging.

We came there around 8pm and have to wait for almost 45minutes to be sitted and another 15 minutes for the order to come. Price are high food is not that good. Price of the food is not worth paying. Even my house cook food is better than this.

Please maintain the quality of your food..there is a lot of changes with your menu..specially pansit bihon.and the chicken.it was not the same at all..

Nice restaurants in al sadd

Tried Philippino food here, its worth it. Desserts were simply superb!

We enjoyed the food. We ordered kare-kare, sizzling bulalo, lumpiang ubod, Max chicken.... everything tasted yummy. The buko pandan shake I ordered was good, too. However, the price was not so reasonable with the size portions. The servers were friendly and prompt.

If take out quantity is small but then for dine in it's ok.how ever the bangus sisig doesnt taste good at all compare to previous

They are not accomodating, we went there with my 4 years old son and nobody is offering us the menu, i even approached one of the staff to give us the Menu but it seems they are busy talking to each other with his co worker. so we just left and went to other restaurant 😏

Food taste and quality are great! Place gets full quick though during peak times especially on weekends. They have great customer service. Their staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. Expect warm and welcoming Filipino smiles when dining here.

I had the chance to try our very own filipino food here in Doha At Max's -during my post birthday celebration and I'm glad we did choose Max's.. We loved it so much. Their chicken barbecue is the best!

There's wide variety of Filipino food on their menu. The staffs are also very courteous and serves with a smile. Fast and affordable. I loved it!
